The product………

We are very proud of our prize winning pedigree herd and are pleased to offer our Red Ruby Devon Beef fresh from our farm.

Our beef cattle spend most of there time outside under large blue skies, with plenty of sunshine and lashings of fresh air in a friendly and calm environment.

The calves stay with the cows until fully weaned. All have individual names and we take great care in maintaining them in a stress free, friendly and respectful environment.

We have been marketing our own beef since 2004 initially to a regular few people with our products advertised by reputation and recommendation, a steady growth in sales has allowed the continued expansion of our herd.

By popular demand and to give our customers more variety, we have added pork and lamb to the fresh meat available. This is locally sourced and selected by our butcher for quality, himself a farmer.

All our suppliers and service providers are farmers or rural businesses local to our base.

Red Ruby Devon Beef

The superb quality and taste of Red Ruby Devon Beef is unsurpassed in the prime meat market, it is exclusive and sought after, tender and succulent, once tasted you will want to return for more. 

The beef is hung for about three weeks at our local butcher it is then cut labelled and packed, into polystyrene boxes with ice packs to ensure the meat remains at the right temperature on its journey to you. An overnight courier ensures that the meat arrives safely at your door.

The 15 kg box contains; fillet, sirloin, rump & rib eye steaks, a selection of roasting joints, mince and stewing steak all bagged, individually labelled and ready for freezing.
